I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and English is not my native language. What are my chances at being accepted?

Assuming you are interested in a top 20 MBA program, I’d say low without knowing anything else about you.

47 Quant isn’t great, just ok
32 Verbal is borderline not functional for the pace of top 20 programs
4 IR indicates you either didn’t understand what you were being tested on or you didn’t care enough – both problems

Some schools, some times, can get past those scores. IF you have stellar undergraduate GPA at a rigorous school AND you led a team of 24 soldiers on a rescue mission saving hundreds of lives AND you apply round 1 AND the CEO of a major Bank has been coaching you for the past year while you do projects for him, then . . . maybe. But still not necessarily a yes.

Short of being a future presidential candidate in your home country, you’re going to have to bank on a school needing your money, because they don’t need your score.

You might be able to get in somewhere, but you should ask yourself if it’s worth going.
