I’d recommend the exec MBA for sure. 15 years of experience means you are at least in your late 30s and not only will you be significantly older, you’re likely to find the solutions your 24-28 year old peers present as vapid, regularly.
The only caveat to this: you’ve worked in a particular profession such as Medicine for those 15 years. In that case, you don’t have as much management experience as someone who has been climbing a corporate ladder so you can fit in at either the full time or exec MBA.
