What is the best company to work for as an investment advisor?

Instead of going completely off of what a bank says about their management, I wanted to see what others had to say. From what I’ve seen as far as reviews to ranks, Edward Jones is the absolute best bank to become a investment advisor. They have the best atmosphere, great challenges, great rewards, great pride, great communication and great bosses all in the high 90%! They say that they are friendly and welcoming when it comes to their bank. This job requires capable leaders, and great responsibility. I personally think that with this bank you will do nothing but succeed since that IS their goal.
